Are you a Rolex Factory Service Center?
We are proud to say watch repair shop is an independent business not affiliated with any factory repair center. We stand behind all our repairs 100%. If you are looking for a factory warranty repair center please email us and we would be happy to get you the correct info.

How often should I have my watch serviced?
you should get your timepiece serviced every 3 to 5 years depending on your usage. Remember you change your oil in your car every 3000 or 5000 miles and you drive you car est. 1 to 2 hours a day. Your timepiece runs 24 hrs 365 days a year so you should give your timepeice the same if not more care.

How long does it take to get my watch serviced?
Our normal turn around time for servicing your watch is approximately ten to fourteen working days. If parts are not in stock, as with some very old watches, then it may take slightly longer.

After my watch is serviced, how accurate will it be?
Time keeping accuracy of any mechanical watch is between 0-10 seconds per day. We use a timegrapher to make sure we get you the best accuracy. Magnetism, temperature and abuse may cause the watch to perform above normal limits.

What type of warranty do you offer on repairs?
When we overhaul, clean, rebuild or tune any timepiece we warranty the repair 12 months. Please take in consideration any mishandling, banging, dropping, water damage from unscrew crown or broken crystal of the watch or band is not under warranty. All timepieces are checked for time accuracy, gaskets and water tested before sent back to customer.

Overhauls include:

Complete disassembly of movement
Careful inspection and replacement of worn movement parts (On Rolex watches we use only genuine Rolex parts)
Movement is cleaned with the finest cleaning solution available
Refinish gold and stainless steel cases and bands
Replace gaskets
Water test water-resistant watches
Two Year limited warranty*on labor on Rolex and Tag Heuer watches.
One Year limited warranty on most repairs

Batteries and Water Testing for Tag Heuer and Rolex Watches

Replace gaskets
Check movement for damage and overall performance
Install new battery
Water test
One year limited warranty* labor

We use Genuine Rolex, Tag and Omega replacement parts. One exception would be on vintage watches were original parts are no longer available.

Warranty void if watch is-misused or abused - opened by someone other than us - water damage

Cleaning the motor (Cal. 5035/5055)

The pivots of the mobile frame being not oiled, the motor does not require periodical cleaning. However it is important to make sure that no scraps of metal stick to the motor.

1. Take of the two screws of the upper bridge, turn the module over.

2. Separate the lower bridge from the upper bridge, being careful

not to damage the coil and the permanent magnets.

3. Remove one of the lateral bridges, unscrewing the screw.

4. Remove the printed circuit with the coil,unscrewing the screw.

5. Clean the pivots of the mobile frame (hold it by its finger)and the

jewels of the lateral bridges.

The condition of the surface ot the pivots does not affect the

performance of the motor.
6. Carefully clean the stator (permanent magnets and core)

with cleaning paste.

7. Reassemble the motor without oiling the pivots of the mobile

frame.

Its good to use the protective case during unscrewing.

Watch Dial Post / Feet Soldering Service

Do you have a watch dial that has broken dial post (dial feet)?
We offer watch dial posts / dial feet soldering service. We will re-attach any broken or missing dial post (dial foot) by soldering. Many watch dials are no longer available and/or quite expensive and need not to be replaced but just need to repair the dial posts. Our dial feet soldering machine can keep the surface from burning especially on fragile dials. Cost of repair starts at $30 and may vary by dial types and brands. We accept most timepiece brands such as:

Rolex,Tag Heuer,Omega,Gucci,Anne,Klein,cK,RADO,Bulova,

Seiko,Hamilton,Fossil,Movado,Raymond Weil and more…
